Rent is due, every month, on the 1st! We allow up until the 5th to make payments before you will receive a late fee.

Yes. Renter's insurance provides important protections for your personal belongings and peace of mind. Haw Creek Mews requires each household to maintain a policy with a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage, and lists Haw Creek Mews Apartments and Townhomes as an Interested Party. For your convenience, we have partnered with ResidentShield, a trusted provider offering affordable coverage that meets all community requirements. Signing up is quick and easy, and policies are automatically shared with our office saving you time and ensuring compliance from day one.
Each unit has hook-ups for a full-sized washer and dryer. We do not supply washers and dryers. However, we are happy to provide recommendations for purchasing or renting a washer/dryer set. Additionally, we offer an on-site laundry facility.
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community, allowing 2 pets maximum per home. There is a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $250.00 pet fee for the 2nd pet. While there are no weight or size restrictions on pets, breed restrictions do apply. Please contact a leasing agent today for more pet-related information.
Haw Creek Mews Apartments and Townhomes is located just minutes from Downtown Asheville, approximately 5 miles away or about a 10–15 minute drive depending on traffic.
